respiratory tract infection and now has a secondary viral infection,
as well as enlarged kidneys and suspected cancer, I have been given
very strong medication for him, but if there is not improvement by Monday,
they will do X-rays to determine if its cancer, and |

Georgie UPDATE:
I wanted to let you know that Georgie is doing great! After finding
out the cancer had not spread to her lungs, lymph nodes or liver, they
operated this past week and removed the mammary tumor. She is recovering
beautifully!! I will find out if she needs chemotherapy in a week or
so. I want to thank you for any and all prayers that came our way at
a time we really needed them. I now say a prayer or two everyday for
all animals that need them. Thank you again!! Please pray
for my dog Georgiana. She has a malignant mammary tumor. |

up the bill on this. SO we are truly twice blessed. UPDATE:
The CT Scan went fine but wouldn't you know it, the results were "Questionable".
It is now up to the oncologist to determine if radiation is possible
or not. July

road with Celeste (my yellow lab and the one I am requesting prayer
about) and I have had bronchitis and am relapsing on my mono. The fact
that I am crying and feel devastated and scared still. |

my little angel. He came to us from a rescue group in 2006 after a year
of neglect from an owner who was too ill to care for him. He has been
the joy of my life and has been loved and spoiled and given everything
he could want since coming to our home and he has been the best friend
of our other cats. On Friday after a bout with what we thought was a
bad tummy, we took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with congestive
heart failure. We lost our other cat last year to the same condition.
We are absolutely broken hearted and we just want the medication the
vet gave us to work. We do not know how old he really is, but the vet
doesn’t think he is over 10. I need help from God to make the
right decision for him, if he can’t be healed. I just love him
so much it is so heard to let go. |

| Wolfgang My name is Deneen. I am a proud mommy of a Himalayan kitten. Wolfgang is my first indoor pet. Wolfgang is my angel without wings. He has hijacked my heart for sure. He is my sidekick! He's so funny, hyperactive, and loving. He's my heart. Like prayer, Wolfgang centers me to shoot for the stars despite anything negative that life sometimes seems to dish out. I love animals! For the love of animals, I would like to start up a group in Central Valley California that would primarily focus on spreading the spirit of loving animals around to the Valley's unfortunates such as the elderly (convalescent homes), the grieving (hospitals, support groups, etc.), the sick (hospitals, incapacitated individuals at home), underprivileged children (school-based programs, parks, etc), for survivors of violent crimes/ discrimination (injustices), and lastly for victims of natural disasters (police station, homeless/ women's/ men's shelters, support groups, etc). For the love of
animals, I would like to spread some JOY around one day at a time! However,
I am clueless as to how I should go about starting up such a group.
I was wondering if you could lead me in the right direction? Got ideas? Contact Prayerlinks and they will forward any messages to me. I have included

removal of a mast cell tumor. We adopted him 9 years ago from a shelter

| Boogie I purchased
my 2 month old pug on May 9th unaware that he was ill I proceeded to
call him Boogie because when I first met him he had “boogies”.
He now has a chronic pneumonia. He is in intensive care and non-responsive
to the medication. I’ve never had a pet before and I don’t
know how to deal with the helplessness that I’m feeling so I’m
turning to you all for some spiritual efforts. He is the greatest thing
that has ever happened to me. I’m an only child and have never
truly had anyone to come home to who was so loving and trusting and
always willing to play. He is incredibly smart and playful. He weighs
all of 4.7 pounds and thinks he is big. Boogie has one eye bigger than
the other and loves to sleep on one’s chest. He is the best puppy

26 Hello, I am
requesting prayers for my mother's cat, Missy. My mother is on disability
and recently had to move and her cat was taken in by a family member.
The kitty has recently suffered a severe brain trauma. We believe she
was climbing on a disassembled crib stored in a closet and it fell on
her. She can't walk, her liver is disintegrating and she has lost almost
half her body weight (partially from the move). The vet believes she
cannot see or smell as a result of the injury. Missy has is staying
her second night with the vet and is taking an anti-inflammatory (vet
thinks there maybe a blood clot in her brain), Valium for her seizures
and IV fluids. Please pray for her to have a quick recovery. It would
really mean a lot to us to have the extra prayers. Thanks! |

| Willow To All who prayed for my cat Willow. Many thanks for all your prayers over this last year. Unfortunately I had to get Willow put to sleep today. It was not an easy decision to make but he could hardly walk over the last few days and was not eating. I know I did everything I could for him but I will miss him terribly. Knowing me I will get two little girl kittens sometime soon in his memory but they will have their own personalities and I know they won't be my precious Willow. | Sammie UPDATE: UPDATE: Our vet called an hour ago. Sammie's kidney values: BUN slightly below the acceptable high, but within normal range; CREATININE slightly above the acceptable high, however outside normal range; PHOSPHORUS is substantially lower and well within normal range. In summary, Sammie has improved dramatically! Thank all of you and those who view your web site and pray for God's creatures, as they deserve love and compassion as well as people. Prayer is an incredible and powerful thing. GOD BLESS ALL Chris and Ed April 23 _________________________________________________________________________ Sammie is our cat who has chronic renal (kidney) failure. We give her IV fluids under her skin every 12 hours to help keep her kidney function to cleanse her blood of the toxins the body produces. The whole regimen of fluids and medicine are a toll on her (as well as ourselves -but she is worth it!). Please pray for her miraculous recovery, at least a maintenance level, so that her life will continue to be filled with all the little pleasures all little animals deserve. | Roadie Roadie, a great loved pet that died of jaundice on 2-27-2009 at 14 months old,, his story is sad , where we had given him away as a kitten , and 6 months later they brought him back because I tell people that if you change your mind about keeping them, bring them back and we'll keep him or get them homes. He was happy here, though he had to stay outside more because of bad manners, he soon adapted and became a household member,, he was funny and always showing off,, he died in my arms, and so did a part of me, from complications ,,, pray nothing but more good will come out of these precious losses of mine, ,(Because There is nothing in this life that has probably has meant more to me and so dear are my little friends),, , and that I be conscience on their nearness and heal us ( the cats and I). | Coco "Coco" a very loyal and beloved friend of mine passed on 8-31-2008. He was fun and very playful. He went before me every place i went and clung near always,,,,he was poisoned and rushed him to the big city to an 24 hr emergency clinic for small animals where he later died... he was rarely let out because we were having problems with breeding inside. We let him wonder a bit which later turned tragedy. i was so crushed and took some time to let go...pray that the Lord look after His creatures, pets and all be protected from cruel people. Pretty and Her Family "Little Pretty" a very loved and faithful friend and beautiful black and white female Cat, had died a few days ago (4-10-2009) in an accident outside. She was 8 yrs old.....she was happy all the time with that sweet smile on her face continuously. Her sister, the rest of the cats, and mysef are torn over this huge loss. | Zoe Your beautiful website, with words of concern, praise, and kindness truly helped me move through a healing prayer and give praise to Him for all the improvement that had already occurred in Zoe. This afternoon’s vet visit confirmed that her healing is remarkable. She is now walking without pain and is ready for limited turn out….This will be great fun to my little mare! I think she has been frustrated being tethered to me for our daily cautious walks around the inside arena of the barn. I imagine that if Zoe was a bird instead of a horse, she would take to the sky in great loops of freedom, singing a song of wellness and rejoicing in feeling wonderful again. Instead I will listen for her soft nicker, and look for a spring in her step, a shake of her beautiful head and the gleam of mischief in her brown eyes. Although Zoe still has some way to go before she is clear of this current episode, I am most grateful for any prayers on her behalf. Praise God that she is such a good patient, takes her meds without giving me grief, and has adjusted to stall rest without going too crazy. Now, with open heart, optimism and a prayer of thanksgiving, I’m ready to face whatever tomorrow brings. | Willow Please continue to pray for my cat Willow. He has degenerative disc problems in his back (an ongoing illness since last April). I have often put prayers on this site for him. He is still on the steroids. His back legs are quite skinny now although he can still walk and wobble. He is not in any pain as I believe this illness is more a case of semi paralysis setting in rather than pain. He has some toilet problems but I keep him in the kitchen and he gets out around the house under supervision when I am there. He also gets out to the back garden. He remains very affectionate and alert and still loves his food so for this reason I cannot bring myself to get him put to sleep just yet. My mum says I should let him go but she is not a real animal lover like the people on this site. I know I will have to let him go at some point but even the vet says not yet so I am taking his advice. The vet says to cut him down to one steroid every other day instead of one a day but I am worried he won't be able to walk so he is still on one steroid a day. PEACEFUL RESOLUTION. Our previous petition had 250 hits a day! But now that Poppy is safe, the focus is now on Boots 3-lbs. We want to keep all 3 together as family. Poppy is on Hospice
care. His passing will be excruciatingly painful as it is-let alone
giving up tiny little Boots to a foster home until he passes away. Please let us just keep our quiet little family together and let them do their jobs in peace. We are already going to lose Poppy sometime soon. This is painful enough! Please do not make
us choose to get rid of our beloved and needed family member too. Or
get evicted from our mobile home with no time to sell it, with no place
to go and no money to move on. |

| Diesel Hi, I have used you before with fantastic results for my dogs. This time it's our horse that desperatly needs your help. His name is Diesel and he is 17 years old. He ruptured his flexor tendon in the field and is now in boxrest! Hes very depressed being locked up and if it doesn't heal he will have to be put down.The vet doesn't know if it will heal or not! for my little cat, Abby. She has suffered with inflammatory bowel disease
most of her life. She is now 8 years old. Two or three weeks ago, she
was in for a check-up and was doing fine. Last weekend, she suddenly
stopped eating and her weight dropped dramatically. She barely weighs
over 3 pounds anyway. By Monday, she started eating again, although,
not as much as I would like. My vet also gave her some fluids. Throughout
the week, she seemed like she was on the mend, but yesterday, she again
had trouble eating. I know she's hungry, but for some reason, she can't
seem to keep food in her mouth. The best she can do is lap up a little
bit of baby food. I took her to the vet again, and they now think she
might have lymphoma, an added complication to IBD. Her prognosis is
not good. It's hard to believe that she was fine just a short time ago,
and suddenly something went wrong. Please pray for her. I just lost
my 16 year old dog. I'm not ready to lose Abby, too. I really believe
that she's trying, but she needs help. Please, please pray for her.

Bailey December 21 _______________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________ UPDATE:
We found Bailey last night after been missing for three weeks. He was
sitting outside a few condos down and then I saw him run under a fence
so I followed him and he ran through a hole into an abandoned condo.
It took a while to find him, he was meowing like wild and so I grabbed
a flashlight and finally discovered that he was in the wall with insulation
and drywall , so I pulled some of the drywall off and he bolted a few
times and so I closed up the entrance/exit way and called him and he
finally came out, he was shaking and meowing like crazy. I picked him
up in my arms and ran home with him, he was scared, starving and cold
but he is home safe and miracles really do happen!!! _________________________________________________ Please pray
for the safe return of our beautiful Bailey, 3 years old peach tabby.
He is strictly indoor cat so he would be scared and hiding. We are devastated
and want him to come home to his loving family. |

| Moses UPDATE:
Moses' eardrum has now burst and is no longer there. He also still has
the infection AND another growth has formed. I can't believe it. People
have prayed and I did those injections on him. I wish it would all just
stop. I would appreciate your continued prayers. thank you. :UPDATE:
My cat is much worse. He does not even wake up. I have been trying for
days to syringe water and food and get him awake enough. UPDATE:
the culture results came in earlier than expected and did not
show anything new--he has been fighting these ear infections for over
6 mos and remains pretty miserable. I am worried about leaving him as
I have to go in the hospital to have nerve block shots for my degenerative
disc disease possibly as early as Friday and he is totally dependent
on me. He just sits in his basket except for going to the litter box
once or twice a day. He is eating well by being hand fed. I appreciate
your prayers. _________________________________________________________ UPDATE:
Thank you for your prayers. Paul, my friend was here and Moses is crazy
about him. He was able to spend the weekend with him. Paul had a spinal
cord tumor and it hurts for him to hold Moses but he tries because Moses
is so affectionate. I think it helped Moses because he is eating more
now. Both the regular vet and specialist are back in today and have
spoken with me. I am to put the medicine in his ears twice a day now
and he will have a procedure in 2 wks behind the eardrum but not under
anesthesia to take a culture and see if the infection is cleared up

you help with any advice? My pet Abigal passed away after Thanksgiving - she was a shitzu, 5 yrs old with kidney failure - we had 2 others go before her with the same disease. I still have are 2 left behind; they miss her a lot especially the little one that is 2 yrs. How can I make her happy again? I hate seeing her so sad for her friend. December 6 |

| Sammie Sammie has an appt today to be microchipped @ 5:30. She is now in a harness with tags. She was well taken care of on her travels. A very nice lady named June, who also has beagle named Jack, took her in. She is very happy to be home. (Just in time for Santa to leave a big lump of coal) Thank you again for all your prayers. | Rudy Please pray for your nearly 14 year old golden retriever, Rudy. Last year, we found a tumor on his chest and after it was removed, it turned out not to be cancer. Rudy recovered and was fine. Recently, Rudy's cheeks have swollen. He isn't eating like he used to and pretty much just sleeps most of the day. Sadly, I believe that his old age is catching up to him. We are just taking it day by day, but we need all the prayers we can get for our Rudy. He is an amazing dog and all we want is for him to be okay. Please pray for us and Rudy. | Diablo Diablo, black male DSH 18 year old cat. Has chronic renal failure, suffering from constipation (went undiagnosed!) and a urinary infection (peeing blood!) Please pray that he recovers from these afflictions and responds to his treatments. Pray the Lord grants him more time with me, healthy over the holidays into spring. We know we will lose him, but would like for him to remain healthy and happy over the holiday season so we have great memories of our last Christmas... December 2 |
